Yoga has long been a great way to re-centre yourself, and to give yourself a little bit of detox time. This is where you can celebrate the big day, but heading into it refreshed and energised.
Start the morning off with a breathing and mindfulness exercise and move into a morning of yoga, followed by a delicious, hearty vegan lunch.
The afternoon is then yours to enjoy with your crew – but remember to drink plenty of water!
